Sunrise in the Nature – Torcal de Antequera

Good afternoon!! I’m writing a little late but it is the only time that I could find working in a short film. We are recording the evenings/nights and mornings have become this week in my sleeps hours. As you know that we love to walk from one place to another… so when we had a few days off, we got to watch the sunrise from the Torcal de Antequera. For those who don’t know El Torcal, it’s a unique natural site, located in the municipality of Antequera. It was declared by the UNESCO World Heritage and possesses some extraordinary rock formations. Stroll along its routes is one of the best ways to spend the day in nature. To reach its current form have passed 200 million years in which the limestone rocks have been dissolving.

During our visit we saw dozens of goats that first hour approached the visitor centre, but many more animals that live up there. It’s not the first time we visited el Torcal, and I’m sure that it won’t be the last one. Except for a group of students who came with their teachers most of the visitors were tourist from another country. It’s true that we have gone on a complicated date for many workers, but when we were there this summer there the situation was the same. Few Spaniards in comparison to foreigners. There are three routes that can be made without guides and are accessible for all ages. If you visit the province of Malaga I recommend that you go a morning visiting it. It’s worth and you will have a good time in nature.

As we went to El Torcal in the morning I didn’t have time to do my morning stretches so I went to a rock and stretched a bit with some yoga positions. I am not an expert, I’m starting, but well already I’ll talk about that in another post. The truth is that the views of the Torcal from the top are beautiful. I took my oats in an jar for breakfast at the top and think it has been one of the best breakfasts. At least one of the best in places.

You ever have dawned in places as surprising as El Torcal?
