Peanut Butter & Cacao Nibs Chickpea Blondies

Looking for something healthy to eat when i have cravings I found a similar recipe of chickpea blondies on Pinterest. I changed Milk chocolate for cacao nibs and vegan white chocolate (I don’t like milk chocolate) and the result was awesome. I don’t know if you try to change the flour for chickpea but it doesn’t taste like chickpea at all! If so so good and healthy that you are not going to feel guilty when eating it!

INGREDIENTS

    1. 250 grams chickpea: 1 small can rinse.
    2. 2 tsp of vanilla.
    3. 3 tbsp of maple sirup.
    4. 1/2 tsp of salt.
    5. 2 tsp of baking powder. 
    6. 3 tbsp of peanut butter.
    7. Lots of cacao nibs.
    8. Some white chocolate.

INTRUCCIONES:

  • Put the oven on 180º C.
  • Mix the ingredients in order (you can see the video on my IG).
  • Baking 20 minuts.
  • If you want it even more sweet… add some homemade caramel date sirup on top.
