Breakfast, dessert, snack or dinner. I don’t mind what time of day to eat a smoothie bowl. If it is for breakfast a smoothie is an important contribution of fruit to start the day in a healthy way. But as a dessert without any healthy topping gets even better. I could eat it two or three times a day without any problem. And the best thing is that it is as healthy as a normal smoothie. And the best thing is when a food arrives and I am not very hungry satisfy me and I feel that I have eaten well.
You can change the flavor of your bowl depending on the fruit that you have, but don’t remove the banana which gives the thickness. This is my favorite flavor by far. The combination of blueberries and raspberries is a delight. I buy fruit for frozen smoothies. Although they come in plastic it is much more economical in London. In addition the bag lasts a couple of weeks.
